Only TJ can undo it. It would be more reliable to send a direct message rather than rely on the forum but there's no guarantee that he'd be able or willing to revert the resignation.
Are you using the non-Java method of playing? That has various bugs, one of which is a rather enthusiastic response to the [Resign] button. Rather than resigning the match, per se, I've found that it resigns twice, however at certain scores that will end the match. I won't go near [Resign] anymore even when there's a dozen and more moves left to complete an irreversibly lost ending.
