The July Fast Play Tourneys are how open for sign-ups! We have:
July06 Fast BG
July06 Fast Salvo
July06 Fast BG-21
July06 Fast Reversi
July06 Fast Gomoku
July06 Fast Four-In-A-Row
July06 Fast HyperGammon
July06 Fast LongGammon
July06 Fast Strategy
July06 Fast Kings Corners
...all listed on the Tournaments page. Note again that these are fast play tourneys, so they have short time limits. They'll probably start on Monday July 17th.
Next week we'll start sign-ups for some "standard" tourneys which have longer time limits.

I got a few requests for another Chess tourney, so I've started one of those as well. I'd left it off because we'd had trouble getting our previous Chess tournies filled up, but apparently there's demand! :-)
Enjoy your tourney games, -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com
Sorry to hear that! Our "standard" tourneys have pretty long timeouts, wouldn't they work for you? If not, what schedule would you suggest? (Or was that just an observation, which is cool?) -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com

at least a 7 day time out. i am on the road 6 days a week but enjoy your site
Gotcha, sounds like the need for a "Marathon" style of tournament to go with "Fast" and "Standard". Even the standard ones wouldn't work for you -- although the hard limit on them is seven days, you have to have enough grace time saved up because the main limit is three days, and it'd be hard to build up that much grace time in just one day.

well at least ty for thinking i will keep playing and enjoying this site
I dont have time to try an unstand this time limt thing on the tournament games. I'll just play the ones with the short time and move 2-3 times a day. That way I will not time out. . If I play the long time limits, I will not(at my age) live that long to play out the tournament, if I should be so lucky to win in each round. and I dont think my grandkids want to inherit a lot of games to play out.LOL, so see you all in the short time limit tournaments. I just like playing games. dont care if I win a tournament or not.Like to see how others play the game.
