The site is running very well and I've done the necessary work to make it possible, and so we'll turn timeouts back on tomorrow morning during the maintenance interval (we're doing one tomorrow to make up for the one that didn't happen Saturday).
When we turn the timeouts back on, we'll set all games to their full time limit starting at the point we turn timeouts back on (with the exception of any games which haven't been played since the last time we did this -- there are some clearly-abandoned 90-day games which are still kicking around).
For tournament games, all games will be set to their full hard limit and everyone will have their grace time set to maximum.
In the future, when timeouts are turned off, grace time will be frozen as of when the timeouts are turned off and then unfrozen when they're turned back on (e.g., grace time won't be updated -- either added to or subtracted from -- during the time timeouts are turned off). That didn't happen this time around because the code wasn't in place to do it.
We're still working on notifications. I think you'll like what's coming on that...
Timeouts are back on now as described above. Turn notifications will be back sometime in the next few days. -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com

Thanx T.J so far so good. Hope you had a great holiday ;O)
Did you catch any haggis TJ? You know, those little furry things with 2 short legs on one side, two long on the other. Developed for running around scottish moutains. LOL. Hope you had a great time.
