Obviously your Pocket-Monkey games are pretty low on the list of things you're worrying about keeping safe as Hurricane Sandy comes your way, but I'll just remind you to set a vacation if you think your power or internet might go out and make you time out on games. (You can still play your games, even when you're on vacation.)

Be safe folks!

I'm afraid they'll time out. It's been several years now since we stopped trying to suspend timeouts for various holidays and disasters worldwide. It was far too arbitrary; there's almost always something somewhere. Unfortunate, but it's the nature of a global site.

...but this is a truly exceptional situation, so we've turned timeouts off.

This is our second big flood in a weeks time and some towns were still out of power from Sandy when it hit yesterday. I hope this ends it many people are really suffering from this tragedy. The flood walls destroyed by Sandy are just letting water poor in like an open faucet.
