It's all luck...
I ran circles around my opponent and the board, and then, could you believe it? she got doubles to win the game. Such luck!
My opponents are always getting the rolls they need. They're so lucky! On those rare occasions when I get what I need, I know it's only fair and about time.
That only happens about once in a millennium!
This one guy had all his best rolls against me! Everyone else was mopping up the board with him, but guess where he got even ...
Why, if it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.
I'm so unlucky. Like walking away from slot machines that are just about to pay out, the timing is against me. My opponents hit their lucky streaks just when they start playing against me.
They finish up with me, they're back to nothin' special. I know because they start losing then.
I once had five 2-1s in a row. Can you believe it? And I had an opponent get five sets of high doubles in a row to steal my game.
I think TJ has it in for me. Really! He must have a special sub-routine that sets the dice when I'm playing. It has all this conditional logic to figure out, for example, when I need 2s, then to spit out 6s. And when I need 6s and 5s ... you guessed it!
Double 6s? I only get them when I'm on the bar and can't use them. That's a special function call he has, I bet.
I once thought maybe I should try the giveaway games, but I would find he has the dice stacked against me there too: just do the opposite of the other games. I can't win for losing!
Lucky for me I've kept my cool about all this ...

LOL, I know how you feel Jim, I go great guns untill it's time to bear the stones off, then all of a sudden my opponant can't help getting doubles whilst my die only have numbers 1 and 2 on them. Still, we know we should have won. LOL
