If there are Turn #'s listed for every recorded move, why have the corresponding #'s omitted from the board display?

How does one know which turn # they're looking at when reading the board layout at any given move?

The turn #'s aren't omitted from the board display. See? I solved this myself. I was looking for a # in the title with a font of the same size.
