Has there been any talk of a 1 day game option for backgammon, for those of us that really like fast games?

Hi,

Can you clarify your question? When sending an invitation, or posting an open invitation, you can specify a one-day timeout. We also have UltraFast tournaments every month, which are essentially one-day timeout tournaments.

Enjoy your games!

By one day games, I'm refering to an entire game that is played in a 24 hour period, not one move per day. Thanks.

You can make as many moves/day as you want, providing your current opponent is wanting the same.

Yes, I'm refering to time limits.

Now that you know your options, have fun.

Hi,

Ah, okay. No, we don't have a time limit for an entire game, just per-move time limits. I have a list of things I'd like to do, and "fast play" games (where the time limit is measured in minutes, not days) is on that list, but it'll be a while before we get there.

Enjoy your games!

Why not just play many games?
