We're seeing intermittent network errors (trouble connecting to the site) with the new server. I'm working with the data centre to resolve them.

Yes, 99% of the time it's fine. So far today I've had three occasions where suddenly, it wasn't reachable.
The DC is not being helpful so far, but I'm sure quite soon they'll identify and correct whatever the problem is (if they haven't already, it seems to have gone). We've been with this company longer than any other in the history of Pocket-Monkey, because even though their support department isn't very good, their technical department is. If there are network issues affecting us, they're affecting other customers as well, and it won't take them long to figure out that there really is an issue and deal with it. My experience is that they won't admit to us that there was an issue (which is silly, it's not like they offer us money back or anything), but it will get resolved -- quickly -- regardless. -- T.J.
