...and so timeouts will be turned back on Tuesday morning UK time. Be sure to play any overdue games before then!! -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com
The exact time doesn't matter (and I'll be re-enabling them manually, so I don't know an exact time). It'll be in the morning, in the UK. Everyone will have had nine days to get back in the rhythm of playing their games by then. :-) -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com

If you're on the east coast, the UK is five hours ahead of you. If you're on the west coast, we're eight hours ahead of you. (This is true 50 weeks a year, and true right now. There's one week where it's one less, and another where it's one more, because we didn't change our DST rules when you did a few years ago.)
So 9:00 a.m. Tuesday UK time is 01:00 a.m. Tuesday on the west coast and 04:00 a.m. on the east coast.
There are several time zone websites to help with this kind of thing. Or just type "What time is it in the UK?" into a good search engine. :-)
