Apparently no July tourneys were ever created, so May tourneys that were still waiting for players weren't cancelled and their players moved to equivalent July tourneys.
I've cancelled May tourneys that still didn't have enough players, except for ones that only need one or two more players to start. (The players who were signed up for the cancelled tourneys have been notified directly.)
