Hey folks,

Many (probably most) of you can't play your games using the Java applet because the code signing certificate we used on it expired yesterday.

The Gorilla (who times out games) is on vacation until I get the applet updated with a new cert, sorry for the hassle.

Exactly why I turned off/away from Java on this site, T.J. Just too many hassles! So, I deal with a few other nuisances, but not like the java problems! Now, continue on with your "break" from here, yes? :) Thank you again for all you do!

TJ I started to get worried when even firefox went out also. I'm a Google Chrome user and switched to firefox and it flipped out on me and I do so hate not having Java with my games.. it's so strange to use it. Hate the non web enabled java program..So Please do what you can do . Bless you in your endeavors.

I never trust Jave anyway and I never use it, so I had no problems with my games.

As long as necessary. Probably not a month.

Does it matter? Clearly the site owner (s) are concerned about the problems here, and go 100% OVERBOARD to correct them as soon as possible! Thank you T.J., Jock, and whoever else! You CONSTANTLY do a WONDERFUL job for so many strangers online!!!

Hi folks,

The certificate is fixed now. You should be able to use Java again.

summaroon - You'll get one pop-up, asking if it's okay to trust the new cert. Tell Java it's okay, and that should sort it out.
