Unfortunately, some December tourneys that haven't started yet didn't get replaced with February tourneys as they normally would be. Which is odd, the code that does tourneys normally gets that right.
I can't fix it right now. Please just sign up for the December ones instead. Hopefully it'll sort itself out as we do the usual monthly tourney creation in March and April.
