have never heard anyone complain about it here. I do prefer the color that stands out so i can see it but really doesnt matter.

Perhaps it's a vision-related thing. It doesn't make any difference to game play (unlike many other games).

I believe there is a game site called brainking,and if I'm not mistaken when you create a game you can actually choose the color

Yep. That's right. I'm a member there (Brainking.com) and when YOU create a game you get to choose your color. However, if someone invites your then your stuck with what you get. :)
