Is there any way to convert the move list to a format that would be suitable for analysis on programs like GnuBG?

Hi,

Not at the moment, I'm afraid; the history currently only shows what roll you played, not how you played it. We have proper BG notation on our To Do list, although as a fairly low priority relative to some of the other things we want to do with the site.
