The final result is that a significant fraction of those expressing an opinion (21%) would use such a feature. Interestingly (to me) the number of people who viewed the poll but didn't vote was fairly high (as many did that as voted in favor), and only a small fraction of the players who've been to the current games page since the link to the poll was added to it followed the link at all.
Putting all of that in my Arbitrary Feature Priority Reckoner and hitting the "Blend (medium)" button results in: Provide the feature, but it's not hyper-urgent.
That said, it's also not especially difficult and would be a timely addition given the retirement of email notification (surely the timing of the poll wasn't lost on anyone?). So we'll see when we can fit it in. But it's probably not going to be worth holding up fixing the DHTML games. (Random stat: 23% of active Pocket-Monkey players use the DHTML games despite the flaws in them, 77% use the Java games.)
