I've told The Gorilla to take a day or two off. This is purely precautionary; the company that runs the data center where Pocket-Monkey is housed is currently having some trouble with their network which results in periodic problems contacting our site (and theirs). The outages started at 12:06 GMT, although I think they had at least one brief one earlier as our monitoring service told us it couldn't reach us earlier today (for one check; so not more than 15 minutes in a row).
Although these have been very brief (just a few minutes), if they're having trouble we can't be sure they won't have bigger trouble while they're fixing it, so again, just taking precautions.
They say the problem is resolved now, but we'll let The Gorilla enjoy his time off today and wait to turn timeouts on again until tomorrow. -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com

And they say it should be okay again now, but that they're not entirely sure why there was a problem. Fun! They're contacting the manufacturer of the equipment in question.
