hi all, im fairly new to this site and am looking for soem opponents. it took me a while to get familar with things, but i think i have the hang of it now. while im new here, im not new to backgammon. i consider myself a pretty good player. right now im looking for opponents for 5 and 9 point matches with fast time controls. please feel free to invite me. thanks in advance.
There are lots of 5 and 9 point games listed in the waiting room (click the "New Game" link, then scroll down -- or click the "Waiting rooms" link -- to see a list of the games in the waiting room). To start a game in the waiting room, just click the "Start a game" link on the far right of the game. While all waiting room games have a 30-day time limit (for now), most people play a lot faster than that and once you start the game, you can use a link underneath it to ask your opponent to make the limit lower if you like (they might decline, though).
