Turn notifications had been off for a while after this weekend's update, and I turned them back on for a little while, but I've turned them off again. They're causing a serious impact on the system's speed and I need to look at the infrastructure behind them to see what's going on (I haven't been into that part of the code yet, which means it's quite old and probably not tuned for quite the number of players and games we now have).
Sorry for any hassle, we'll get them back at some point, probably this weekend.
