Timeouts will kick in again on Friday April 27th at about 8:00 a.m. UK time. Because of this advance notification, we won't be extending the timeouts on games when we turn them back on, so any game that is beyond its time limit on that day will time out, and timeouts will continue normally from there.
(And yes, 8 a.m. in the UK is 3 a.m. on the East Coast of the U.S. most of the time -- but not all the time, thanks to changes in the U.S. that kicked in this year.)
This time of year it is 5 hours difference between UK and US EST. At this moment it is 7:10 PM in NC and 12:10 AM in the UK. I know DST throws everyone off.
Timeouts will be back on tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m. UK time, and right now that means that when The Gorilla (FAQ) first runs (right then at 8:00 a.m. UK time), about 800 games waiting on 100 different people will time out right away! So make your moves, people! -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com

Done, the Gorilla has run and timed out a surprising number of games, and things are back to normal. -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com
