As part of the update yesterday with the game boards and new user invitation stuff, we also changed what the "Must Move By" column means in line with the discussion in this thread. Sorry I forgot to mention this yesterday!
So up until yesterday, this was just showing the soft limit which was a bit strange because games could go beyond it. Now it's showing the actual limit.
