Halma! This is currently in "testing" mode; for details, please check out this thread.
Larger Gomoku stones! We've increased the size of the stones in Gomoku and Connect6 -- one of our more popular requests.
Smoother game boards! Wendy, our graphics guru and my better half, has been hard at work smoothing out the rough edges of the game graphics; the new game boards are now live. Enjoy!
More game boards! Wendy's also added two new game boards: "NeoClassic" which is an updated look at our old "classic" game boards, and "Tranquil" which is fairly self-explanatory. ;-)
Next week (probably): Pente.
Enjoy your (Halma and better-looking) games! -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com
Re: Update! Halma, smoother game boards, more game boards
Grrrr. :-) If you use Java and you're not seeing the nice, smooth graphics or your Gomoku games look really messed up, it's because your Java installation is using the old graphics files -- I've explained the problem and the solution here.
Check out this thread; the DHTML games will be our top priority as soon as Pente is in place, which should be in a week or so. Watch the News and Announcements forum, I'll be doing a longer note on this... -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com

Thousands of thanks for Halma, my new addiction.
Re: Update! Halma, smoother game boards, more game boards
i'm sorry but even after clearing my java cache etc... my dice and black pieces are still a bit blurry on backgammon... and yes i've even cleaned my glasses and computer screen to make sure it wasnt anything there.... before the adjustment you just made were done... i could see it all clearly.... please help
Re: Update! Halma, smoother game boards, more game boards
Sometimes smoothing the edges can make things look blurry. I've noticed the effect on the dice myself, and someone else has also mentioned it. I'll see what Wendy can do. Unfortunately, the work week is starting so it'll be a while before we can do anything with it... -- T.J. Crowder First Primate Pocket-Monkey.com
